In order to prepare for our Zoo Lights night event, the Zoo will be closing at 4 p.m. on the following days: November 27, 28 and December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 23 ,26, 27.
We are open everyday of the year from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except on Thanksgiving and Christmas which have reduced hours). We recommend coming early to enjoy all we have to offer.

When picking up your rented item, you are required to leave a valid driver's license or State issed ID for each item that is rented. Your ID will be returned to you when you return the rented item. You are not allowed to leave the following forms of ID with us (passport, gun license, military ID, resident card or federal card).

Zoo Miami will open at night for a special holiday event with one million bright, animal shaped and dazzling tree lights! Experience Zoo Miami like never before.
Zoo Lights Miami is an after-hours family event that will take place select nights November 27th thru December 27th from 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.

We look forward to seeing you at the Zoo! For your safety, we are restricting the number of guests entering the Zoo each Zoo Lights night in order to ensure proper social distancing. You are now required to choose your date of visit when purchasing your ticket. Guests ages 2 and older are required to wear a CDC recommended face-covering to enter Zoo Miami and at all times indoors and outdoors.
