TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour cancellations must be made in writing and sent to ZooTours@miamidade.gov be sure to include the name of the main contact on the reservation and your order number. If cancelled five or more days prior to your tour date, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled within one to five days of your tour date, a 50% refund will be issued. If cancelled on the day of your tour, no refund will be issued.

In order to prepare for our night event on April 5 the zoo will be closing at 4 pm (last ticket sold at 3 pm) All activities will also be closing early or have modified times.
