Includes: Zoo admission, 2 hour private tour on a golf cart with a tour guide, an animal feeding ticket (Giraffe or Parrot), a Food Entree*, a souvenir cup, and 10% off at the gift shop.

*Choice of one food entree below:
- Chicken sandwich basket, chicken tender basket, deli wrap basket, hamburger or cheeseburger basket, hand tossed salad, personal pizza, pulled pork sandwich, or kids' meal.  

• May be substituted for vegan burger option.

Food voucher must be redeemed at food location 1 hour before closing on the date of visit.

Restrictions: Minimum of two guests are required. Maximum of seven guests are allowed on the tour. For groups larger than seven please contact us at ZooTours@miamidade.gov. One paying participant must be at least 18 years old.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour cancellations must be made in writing and sent to ZooTours@miamidade.gov be sure to include the name of the main contact on the reservation and your order number. If cancelled five or more days prior to your tour date, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled within one to five days of your tour date, a 50% refund will be issued. If cancelled on the day of your tour, no refund will be issued.

In order to prepare for our night events on Nov 29, 30, and Dec 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 the zoo will be closing at 4 p.m.  (last ticket sold at 3p.m.) All activities will also be closing early or have modified times.
